Cardinal & Finch Realty Referral has been created to allow a NJ Real Estate licensee to keep their license active and be able to earn a commisson while not working full time. It is also a great first step for new licensee. Our offices are located in Allendale and referrals can be handled anywhere in the country.

Cardinal & Finch Realty Referral is not a standard real estate company, here the licensees pass on the information and do not handle the transaction themselves. While you may not be able to list and sell real estate on your own, you will stay informed of all activities pertinent to that relationship and you are welcome to stay as involved as you wish. Minimum efforts for big rewards - your commission!

What are the costs of joining Cardinal & Finch Realty Referral?

There is an annual administrative fee of $100 to maintain your license in our office payable upon signing up and then on your anniversary. You will be responsible for any licensing fees as per the license law amounts.
One successful referral per year will easily cover your expenses!

What will you receive from Cardinal & Finch Realty Referral?

We will provide you with business cards to advertise yourself, support, guidance, education, premier attention to your referral and, of course,you will be able to collect a commission check on every referred transaction when it closes.
